Kiwano smoothie
Ingredients:
- pulp of 1 Kiwano
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup (8 fl. oz) plain yoghurt
- 2 scoops vanila ice cream
Serve in long glasses or in Kiwanos which have had one end removed and have been hollowed out. Serves 1-2.
