Kiwano smoothie

Ingredients:

  • pulp of 1 Kiwano
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup (8 fl. oz) plain yoghurt
  • 2 scoops vanila ice cream

Serve in long glasses or in Kiwanos which have had one end removed and have been hollowed out. Serves 1-2.
